staff management tools for the student information system SIS 

The Staff Management tools in our SIS allow you to create, add, and edit staff user accounts and maintain critical data for reporting purposes, such as licensure, certification, and highly qualified teacher designations.  However, our tools also allow you to add and manage additional detail via User-Defined Fields. These can be dropdown lists, yes/no selections, or free-text fields used to track other information specific to your school or your organization, such as teaching specialties, additional training, or any other topic you require.

  • Licensure tracking includes issue and expiration dates, subject areas, and grade levels
  • Staff education data is stored in a central location
  • Database management system utilized for tracking of job titles, HQT positions, and HQT reporting requirements
